Navigating Infertility

I’ve been there…

I’ve walked through both primary and secondary infertility, carrying the questions, the ache, and the quiet identity shifts that come with it. I know what it feels like to face a future you didn’t expect, to wonder who you are, when the path you hoped for might suddenly change.

I didn’t know where to turn to. I didn’t need more well-meaning advice. I knew that I didn’t need therapy.
What I needed was someone who helped me break free from going in circles, who held me accountable as I sought to move forward, someone who honored my story and respected my decisions.

The journey that formed me is what now draws me to walk with you.

Infertility Takes Many Forms

Infertility can show up in different ways — as permanent infertility, as secondary infertility, or as recurrent miscarriages. Sometimes it’s connected to a female factor, sometimes a male factor, and sometimes both. No matter the cause, it is a real cross to carry, one that touches every part of your life and heart.

When You Have No One to REALLY Talk To

There are seasons when you don’t know who to turn to. Maybe no one even knows you were trying to get pregnant. Maybe all your friends are having babies and you don’t want to burden them with something so heavy. Maybe you want to keep things private for now. You don’t need therapy but can’t help but feel stuck. Whatever the reason, carrying all of this in silence can feel isolating.

Feeling Lost in a World Full of “Solutions”

The world is quick to offer answers, treatments, and promises for your unfulfilled dream. But you may be trying to stay rooted in your faith, wanting to honor God and remain true to what you believe. That tension can leave you feeling lost and unable to move — pulled between longing and conviction, hope and surrender.

Compassionate Coaching Rooted in Our Christian Faith

As your coach and sister in Christ, I provide a safe, compassionate space where you can breathe, process your thoughts, and speak your heart without fear of judgment. I walk alongside you, honoring both your story and our faith, welcoming your grief, questions, and hopes.

Together, we will actively explore your calling and purpose—not despite infertility, but within it. I will help you uncover a vision for your life today, walk with you as you find meaning, hope, and strength through faith. With God’s presence as our foundation, we will navigate this journey hand in hand, empowering you to move forward with confidence and grace.

Discerning a vision is neither straightforward nor predictable. Sometimes it takes a few weeks of diligent effort; sometimes it takes years. The process is perhaps more important to God than the outcome, because the effort we go through draws us closer to Him.
