I’m Magdalena Haubs

— I believe deeply in the power of compassionate, intentional support. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Management, and have always been drawn to being the listening ear, the steady hand, and the encouraging voice that helps others move forward and discover what’s possible.

That passion naturally led me to life coaching. I have completed significant training and am continuing my certification journey through the Professional Christian Coaching Institute (PCCI), working toward credentials with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

My Coaching Approach

At the heart of my coaching is a simple but profound belief: you are creative, resourceful, and whole. You already carry the insight and wisdom needed to create meaningful change, and my role is to help you uncover it.

I work with both Christian and non‑Christian clients, and while I honor every person’s background and beliefs, my own faith quietly shapes the way I show up—how I listen, how I support, and how I walk alongside you in the coaching process.

If you would like to learn more about me and my process or if you are ready to start coaching with me, I invite you to schedule a 15-minute free Discovery Call.

Navigating Infertility

Walking through infertility myself and navigating the deep emotional and identity-shaping questions it brings, I feel especially called to minister to other Christian women on this journey. The unexpected challenge to find new purpose and rediscover our calling is an often overlooked struggle for many women living out their faith.

Yet even here, a vision and purpose can be found.

Passion is empowering. You may bludgeon it, suppress it, squash it, or lose sight of it, but it is a given, a constant. Your passion is ready and willing to provide all stamina and inspiration you need.
